By accessing or using ThozhilPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ThozhilPro is a SaaS platform for retail and wholesale business management, offering inventory tracking, sales management, payment tracking, expense recording, analytics, and more. The service is available via web, Android, and iOS.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account is tied to a tenant (business entity) and supports multi-user access based on your subscription plan.

4. Subscription & Payments

ThozhilPro offers a free trial and paid subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise). Payments are processed through Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-expire at the end of the billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into ThozhilPro. We do not claim any rights over your business data. You may export or delete your data at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ThozhilPro for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful code, or to attempt unauthorized access to other users' data. Multi-tenant data isolation is enforced at the application level.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

ThozhilPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the settings page. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
